Language of Thorns reflects on the body as an extension of the natural world. As the hand gradually transforms into a thorned vine, the boundary between flesh and plant begins to dissolve. Rather than depicting pain, the work considers transformation as a quiet, ongoing process in which softness and thorns, vulnerability and protection, exist together. The thorns become a subtle language of becoming, suggesting that what appears fragile can also sustain, protect, and continue to grow.
